Almost Everything You Want to Know About the Summer Family Songfest
1. All tickets can be picked up at Will Call at the Botanic Garden at 4:30 the day of the performance unless special arrangements have been made to pick them up earlier. Tickets will NOT be mailed to you prior to the concert. 2. Please do not purchase tickets on the website on concert days. We are too busy setting up for the concert. You can purchase tickets at Amuse Music store or purchase tickets at the door for $9.00 for children and $11.00 for adults. 3. The site is SECURE. Don’t worry about that. 4. There is a $2.00 service charge for all orders, no matter how large or small. The handling charges show up as shipping charges on the web site, and the wrong amount is given. Ignore this. When your charge card is run, only the correct amounts are entered. Your charge card is NOT automatically put through when you place the order. 5. Children under 2 do not need a ticket. 6. Please plan to arrive at 4:30 for the concert. If you come earlier, you could be charged to enter the garden. 7. There will be an area set up for dancing. Please do not sit there because you will be asked to move when the concert starts. There is an area for low chairs and an area for higher chairs. Umbrellas are welcome for pre-concert picnics only ~ please take yours down when the concert starts. 8. *Please use the trash containers provided.* Relax and have a great time!
