What are the shipping costs?
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping rates:
Orders up to $20.00 = $4.00
Orders $20.00 - $50.00 = $5.00
Orders over $50.00 = add 10%
What can you tell me about back orders?
If we are out of stock on an item, we will let you know immediately by e-mail when those items will be shipped.
What form of payment will I accept?
We accept School Purchase orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks. Checks need to be cleared by the bank before items are shipped.
What is the sales tax?
8.25% will be charged to all California residents.
What is our return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product when it arrives, then you may return it at your shipping expense for a store credit within 10 days.
Do you have group item discounts?
The discount for ordering 7 song cards or 7 “Picture This” will not show during the checkout on the web site. It will be taken off before the order is processed.
Do you accept wholesale accounts?

What are the copyright policies on our printed products?
All of our song cards are subject to copyright laws. Duplication is forbidden unless approved by Bubble Rock.
