NO TICKETS WILL BE MAILED
Tickets will not be mailed prior the concert. The $3.00 shipping
charge is really a SERVICE CHARGE. My website lists the charge
as a shipping charge but it is a service charge. Sorry for the
confusion.

WILL CALL
All tickets can be picked up at Will Call at the Botanic Garden at
4:30pm the day of
the performance unless special arrangements have been made to pick them
up
earlier.

NO REFUNDS
There are no
refunds for unused tickets, but they are transferable.

ARRIVAL
Please plan to
arrive no earlier than 4:30pm for the concert. If you enter the garden
earlier, you could be charged the garden entrance fee.

CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS
If you have low chairs,
please sit right in front of the walkway (ask an usher to point out the
location). Tall chairs are welcome to sit behind the walkway.
Umbrellas are welcome for pre-concert picnics only ~ please take yours
down when the concert starts. There is NO shade on the meadow.
Pop ups are welcome at the far edge of the area. We will reserve an area
near the stage for dancing.

SNACKS
Juice, water and
light snacks will be available for purchase at the concert. You are
welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

PARKING
Parking is
limited at the Garden. If we run out of parking spaces you may drop off
the family and park at the church next door.

CLEAN UP
We need to leave the park perfectly clean so please use the trash
containers provided or
haul out your own trash.
